Smokin’ Mary Lobster Stuffing
- 1 red onion – chopped
- 3 Tbsp Smokin Mary mix
- 2 Tbsp green onion – chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup lobster tail – chopped
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 2 Hatch green chili’s – chopped
Blend everything together in a food processor, pulsing lightly.
You can use this stuffing as a topper for steaks, pork chops, chicken. Or as a stuffing for peppers, mushrooms, etc.
